Sessions may also include cognitive–behavioural strategies, visualization, positive-thinking practices, and holistic methods such as yoga-based breathing and mindful movement to enhance focus, resilience, and inner calm. I bring over 40 years of professional experience as a counsellor and hypnotherapist, supporting individuals, families, and groups in enhancing well-being, emotional balance, and personal growth. My background integrates hypnosis, cognitive-behavioural strategies, mindfulness, relaxation practices, and yoga-based techniques to help clients build resilience, confidence, and positive life skills. Over the years, I have conducted numerous workshops on stress management, communication, self-esteem, and empowerment, and have guided clients toward healthier habits, improved focus, and stronger relationships. My experience also includes many years of academic leadership as Director of a Psychology Department and Assistant Professor, where I contributed to curriculum development, ethical practices, and human-development education. I continue to combine my clinical psychology foundation with holistic and educational approaches to support meaningful and sustainable personal advancement.

My perspective is rooted in the belief that every individual has the inner capacity for growth, balance, and positive change.
